Services Overview

Rescue & Train

It's important to understand the step in aquiring a pound puppy. They require love and affection in order to readjust after the trauma of being in a kennel with dogs crying and as we feel communicating fear of dissapearing. By nature Dogs are born into a pack and have a pack mentality. This doesn't mean they are hunters or agressive, what it means is they want to be a part of the group (family) they are in. Many dogs have been in and out of groups so they are more timid or just waiting to move on to the next placement as they do not know anything else. We take all rescues into our home with our 4 puppies (Scarlett 8yrs Old, Will 5yrs Old, Grace 3 years Old, Gus 7 Months Old) and get them adjusted to family living. Each of our puppies played a role in grooming Gus into the family and he is extremely well behaved and we thank our children (Scarlett, Will and Grace). More ->

Sponsor & Donations

Our goal is to feed, bath, Treat and keep all our rescues up-to-date on shots and vet visits. As the economy changes people tend to cut these expenses first, while this is not good we are pro-active about monitoring what vet our rescue is at to make sure they are being taken care of. Home visits are required, however, we are not going to make it a hassle for you to adopt a shelter dog. The truth is to many are in it for the money. We assume if you can pay $250 to get the dog w/ current shots, bed, food, leash, toys and training from the start you are better prepared and have a head start on bonding with your new family member. The normal cost to take care of a dog is not cheap and is more than dog food. Our 4 puppies cost $200 a month and then there is the annual checkup that adds about $400 for the month. This may seem high overall but we only give our puppies Royal Canin dog food. More ->
